GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Rates 2023-except school holidays and long weekends-

- THE WEEK: 

 Low season (from October to April): €2,500

 Average season (months of May, June and September) : €3,500

 High season (June 30 to July 14 and August 16 to 31): €3,900

  Very high season (July 15 to August 15): €4,300

- THE WEEKEND of  2 nights minimum

 Low season : €1,150

 Average season : €1,500

 High season:  1600 €

 

- THE WEEKEND of 3 nights

 Low season : €1,450

 Average season : €1,800

  High season: 1 900 €

 

- Compulsory additional service: 

   End of stay cleaning fee: €220

- Tourist tax:

  1.10 € per person per night

-Rental of towels: 

 9.00 € per person (1 hand towel + 1 bath towel + 1 "guest" towel)

 

Means of payment:

Cheque, cash or transfers are accepted.

A payment of 30% deposit is required for the reservation.

A deposit of €1,500 is required before arrival at the lodge.

Welcome and departure:

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday  for weekly receptions.

On weekends, arrivals start at 5 PM, please notify for any arrival after 8 p.m.

The lodge must be vacated before 10 AM.

What you will find there:

HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, tea towels.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, mixer, oven, microwave, fridge.

BATHROOM: Hair dryer.

EARLY CHILDHOOD: Baby high chair, booster seat, games and books

INTERIORS: Wifi access, television, regional books in consultation, board games

EXTERIOR: Garden, terraces, private parking, plancha, garden furniture, infinity pool.

(The owners live on the estate and have a cat.)

The house is non-smoking and does not accept animals. 

Parties are not allowed at the Port Valade lodge.

Terms of cancelation :

- More than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is not refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay, no refund. 
- In the event of a shortened stay / rental, no refund.
- In the event of cancellation of a reservation by the lodge, offer of an equivalent lodge as far as possible or full refund.

These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
